Steps to encounter a Leader:
- Defeating a Team GO Rocket grunts awards you Mysterious Components.
- By collecting 6 Mysterious Components, Rocket Detector can be formed.
- With the help of Rocket Detector bring up the overworld map that will direct you to the Team GO Rocket boss.
- Leaders use shields and Team Leader shadow Pokemon can be shiny.
