Black Panther’s speed and combat capabilities when KO’ing beasts in the early game were slightly inferior compared to other assassin heroes, so we have increased the damage from his abilities and adjusted their cooldowns to improve his combat capability.
Panther Claws: Damage has been increased from (145/220/295/370/4451-1.1.extra physical attack) to (180/260/340/420/500+1.3.extra physical attack). Cooldown has been reduced from 8/7.5/7/6.5/6 seconds to 7/6.75/6.5/6.25/6 seconds.
Bast’s Shadow: Cooldown has been reduced from 10/9.5/9/8.5/8 seconds to 8/8/8/8/8 seconds. te King of Wakanda: Base damage has been increased from 130/200/270 to 170/260/350.
Captain Marvel’s survivability was somewhat low, so we have increased her passive values and basic stats to improve her combat capability.
Basic Stats Growth HP coefficient has been increased from 220 to 225. Movement speed has been increased from 370 to 380.
Photon Energy: Shield value has been increased from (65+10*level+1*extra physical attack) to (65+25*level+I .2*extra physical attack).
Flash Strike: Base damage has been increased from 60/120/180/240/300/300/300 to 60/120/180/240/300/360/420.
Hawkeye’s burst DPS was inferior to other marksman heroes, so we made adjustments to the damage from his abilities to increase his burst power.
Basic Stats Base attack has been increased from 90 to 93. Attack growth coefficient has been increased from 6.5 to 6.75.
Blast Arrow: Damage has been adjusted from (80/140/200/260/320/380/440+0.8″physical attack) to (50/105/160/215/270/325/380+1.2*physical attack).
Multipurpose Bow: Added damage has been increased from (20/27.5/35/42.5/50/57.5/65+3%/3.75%/4.5%/5.25%/6%/6.75%/7.5%*enemy max HP) to (20/30/40/50/60/70/80+4%/4.8%/5.6%/6.4%/7.2%/8%/8.8%*enemy max HP).
Soul Blade: Increased the special basic attack cooldown reduction when the ability strikes an enemy hero from 4 seconds to 6 seconds.
Yaka Charge: The action power regen interval has been increased from 5 seconds to 5.5 seconds.
Yaka Arrow: Cooldown has been increased from 10/9.75/9.5/9.25/9/8.75/8.5 seconds to 10 seconds.
The burst from Rocket Raccoon’s Machine Gun Volley was too high, so we made a slight reduction to his burst and HP to give opponents more room to retaliate.
Basic Stats HP has been reduced from 1,045 to 1,000. Growth HP coefficient has been reduced from 208 to 200.
Machine Gun Volley: Damage bonus for each strike has been reduced from (0.35″physical attack) to (0.33″physical attack). Damage bonus for each strike after enhancement has been reduced from (0.4physical attack) to (0.37physical attack). Cooldown has been increased from 10 seconds to 11 seconds.
